We are a team of approximately 75 people, united by our will to help others. As a non-profit organization, we have been active for over 30 years, and our main goal is to use our accumulated experience and methods to support those who cannot help themselves. Our activities are focused on socially excluded individuals or those at risk of social exclusion. We primarily operate in the field of criminal justice, and through our work, we strive to reduce the impact of criminal offenses and lower the rate of criminal recidivism. Currently, we are active in 31 out of 35 Czech prisons, and over 1,500 clients use at least one of our services each year.

 

We implement our projects in cooperation with the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, which is our main donor, especially through OPZ+ projects.

 

We are part of a group of four organizations, which, in addition to VOLONTÉ CZECH, o.p.s., includes the non-profit organizations and publishing house VOLONTÉ UNITAS, z.ú., ALTEDA, z.ú., and the company PROLUS Dynamics s.r.o.
