Today is the working workshop of the GLM+ project implementation team (reg. no. CZ.03.03.01/00/23_051/0004708), whose main objective is to update the Theory of Change and Service Design.
The meeting serves to review the initial assumptions, refine the objectives and propose the next steps of the project. The workshop represents a key moment in setting up a comprehensive service, which will then be pilot tested in cooperation with experts and the prisons involved.
The GLM+ project is aimed at developing a specialised therapeutic programme for people convicted of sexually motivated offences. It emphasises inter-institutional cooperation, rigorous risk assessment and long-term support for clients even after serving their sentence.
