The VOL Burnout-Free project no. CZ.03.01.02/00/22_037/0002560, aimed at supporting women aged 50+, is successfully continuing its activities. In the third monitored period, a number of educational and developmental events took place, helping participants strengthen their professional competencies, self-confidence, and overall well-being.
The participating women had the opportunity to attend the following thematic training sessions:
Professional Seniority Training, focused on utilizing long-term experience in the labor market, strengthening professional identity, and seeking new opportunities. Graduates received a Certificate of Completion, which they can use in their further professional endeavors.
Business Etiquette, focused on professional demeanor, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills.
Law 50+, offering practical information on labor law, orientation within the pension system, and employee rights protection.
Finance 50+, providing basic and advanced advice on managing personal finances, planning for the future, and ensuring financial security.
Healthy Lifestyle, where participants learned more about nutrition, physical activity, and mental well-being as key factors for health and long-term performance.
A Relaxation Weekend as a Moment to Pause
In February, the project also offered a weekend event focused on self-care. Participants tried out relaxing yoga techniques, learned how to slow down from a hectic work pace, and discovered ways to better listen to their own needs. The event was guided by themes of self-care, sharing, and regeneration.
All of these activities share a common goal – to help women gain better access to the labor market, build greater confidence in their abilities, and find a healthy balance between work and personal life. The VOL Burnout-Free project thus represents a significant step toward supporting an active and meaningful professional life for women aged 50+.
