Supporting Community Activities in Boleslavsko: VOLONTÉ Helps People Grow

The project “Supporting Community Activities in MAS Boleslavsko” (Reg. No. CZ.03.02.01/00/22_008/0000200), running from January 2023 to December 2025, is a joint effort of several regional partners aiming to strengthen community ties, improve qualifications, and provide practical support to people in difficult life situations.
The project is led by MAS Boleslavsko, z.ú., with VOLONTÉ CZECH as one of the key partners.
What does the project offer?
The project targets people at risk of social exclusion, seniors, and families with children.
It includes community camps, family support activities, the operation of a community center, and provides both debt and employment counselling, as well as retraining opportunities.
Our specific results (from 1 January 2023 to 30 June 2025):
Debt Counselling
91 people received debt counselling
34 people successfully entered debt relief
Employment Counselling
98 clients received employment diagnostics, counselling, and job offers
Retraining Courses
Forklift operation course: completed by 58 participants
Welding training: completed by 36 participants
Chainsaw, brush cutter, and mower handling course: completed by 22 participants
Job Placement
9 people were placed in non-subsidised training positions with employers in the MAS Boleslavsko region

Funding and framework
The project was submitted under the OP Employment Plus call titled Support for Community-Led Local Development (No. 03_22_008).
The grant agreement was signed on 13 April 2023.
By the end of 2025, the project aims to engage over 200 participants in activation sessions for upskilling.
