Project VOL Employment II Progresses Successfully and Opens New Job Opportunities

We help people with low qualifications find a place in the labor market again. Through cooperation with companies and individualized support, new opportunities and real chances for change arise.

Project VOL Employment II (No. CZ.03.01.01/00/22_032/0001122) focuses on supporting low‑qualified individuals who seek employment. Its main goal is to increase their chances of finding a job, strengthen work habits, and facilitate their social inclusion.

Comprehensive Support for Participants

Within the project, a broad range of services is provided that reflect the needs of the target group:

• Employment counselling – helping with preparation for entering employment, creating CVs, and communicating with employers,

• Legal advice – orientation in labor law and basic legal issues,

• Job and housing offers – actively mediating opportunities that facilitate clients’ return to the labor market,

• Retraining courses – obtaining a new professional qualification or supplementing knowledge.

Training Positions as a Stepping Stone

A significant part of the project are training jobs with partner companies THL Trade s.r.o. and PROLUS Dynamic s.r.o. Currently, the positions filled include:

• waitress,

• assistant cook,

• cleaning lady,

• helper worker.

These training positions represent a safe environment where participants can adopt basic work habits, gain experience, and gradually build the self‑confidence necessary for stable employment.

Project VOL Employment II offers more than just short‑term work experience. It provides support that enables people to find employment, become more independent, and actively engage in the workforce.

The successes of current participants demonstrate that systematic support and cooperation with employers can bring concrete results and a real chance for a fresh start.
