Equal Opportunities and “Professional Seniority” Training within the VOL Rozvoj NNO Project

As part of the implemented project VOL Rozvoj NNO (reg. no. CZ.03.01.02/00/22_011/0000284) there is an emphasis on equal opportunities and a gender‑sensitive approach. All employees regularly participate in training that prepares them for effective communication and work, taking these aspects into account.
Employees of VOLONTÉ also completed the training Professional Seniority, led by our accredited internal trainers Mgr. Tina Chlupáčová, MBA and Mgr. Lukáš Salivar. Nine people participated in the training, which was focused on seeking and finding solutions for both individual and organisational development. The participants acquired skills in the following areas:
handling change,
preventing burnout syndrome,
effective work and increasing work performance,
communication, PR and self‑presentation,
lifelong learning,
leadership development and team collaboration,
career and professional growth planning,
strategic thinking in problem solving.
Within the organisation’s internal management we also actively support:
equal representation across positions,
equal remuneration regardless of gender,
equal access to professional opportunities,
transparency of decision‑making processes.
The organisation also ensures regular supervision and a space for reflection, where employees can share and address possible situations of inequality in the team as well as in working with clients. This approach helps to create a workplace environment in which everyone feels respected and supported.
